I was in the market for new batteries for my golf cart and started looking around locally at the club stores and auto parts retailers and was shocked at the prices post covid19. Than I came across Online Battery Sale. The pricing is outstanding and the customer care is exceptional, from the sales person, Vanessa to the trucking company, Old Dominion Freight I could not have asked for a better experience and the quality of the Crown batteries are as good as they get. Like all battery manufacturers, the warranties cover manufacturer defects only. They will not cover damage resulting from improper installation or failure to properly maintain your batteries. Some of the most common forms of this are broken posts from over-torquing, melted posts from loose connections, failure to maintain proper water levels, freezing resulting from failure to charge batteries in the winter and cause damage.
In the event that you have a warranty claim, contact us and we will make arrangements to have the battery inspected and replaced at the nearest distribution center.
