We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following information will help facilitate your return of an unused product, or a warranty claim for a defective product, either of which may be processed by calling (800) 761-4701.
- A return request must occur within 3 days of purchase, or delivery if we shipped the product directly to you.
- Product returns require a proof of purchase or original receipt.
- If you are shipping the product back to us, it must be received by our warehouse within 45 days from the date your product was delivered. For specific labeling instructions call (800) 761-4701 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Freight expense is not refundable. Freight shipping must be paid for by the customer.
- Products must be in unused and saleable condition.
- Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase. There is a non-refundable 3% fee per transaction.
